Run RHEL 8 containers

Fews days ago, RedHat Enterprise Linux 8 was GA.

The awesome news is that not only OS, but also containers based on RHEL 8 are now generally available :

docker run -it — rm registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8/ubi cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.0 (Ootpa)
